Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on rankclips.com and handles payment processing, taxes, and refunds.

Consumer Right to Cancel

14-Day Cancellation Right

  • If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed.
  • To meet the deadline, you must submit your cancellation request before the 14-day period ends.
  • For subscription services, this cancellation right applies to the initial subscription purchase and not each automatic renewal.

Effect of Valid Cancellation

Where cancellation is valid under applicable terms, reimbursement is made to the original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after Paddle is informed of the cancellation decision.

Additional Refund Requests

Outside statutory consumer cancellation rights, refunds are handled by Paddle and may be assessed case-by-case in line with Paddle terms and anti-fraud controls.

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law for products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Contact Paddle support directly from your Paddle purchase receipt, or visit paddle.net/support. You may also contact our team at support@rankclips.com and include your Paddle transaction details.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
